Well, if I get my mids by then (may or may not, we'll see ), I'd also want to install MDF or birch rings with clay to isolate them from the doors...so if someone has a plunge router (as I left mine in Carolina), that would come in handy

Minus ten points for being Canadian, sorry.

I have the entire 2001 Soundtrack Try playing the music with the voices (what's playing when they're discovering the monolith on the Moon) with the lights out...freaky chit Eva Cassidy is another favorite of mine..."Wade in the Water" and "Wayfaring Stranger" are both excellent.

They're the same tubes...there's no such thing as "car tubes" or "home tubes". The difference is exactly what I've been saying...the 12VDC vehicle amps only use vacuum tubes for the preamp/input stages, while home amplifiers use them for everything.
-
Like...umm...what do you want to know? Butler functions much the same...tube preamp stage with a MOSFET PA. So you get some of the tone/flexibility of a tube amp without the weird output impedance and low power, not to mention the high current draw of a "full" tube amp.

Man, I'm so happy I finally found something that works on the wheels...I don't know about you, but having dirty/corroded wheels was really getting on my nerves. So is a small rust spot on the top rain gutter, but one thing at a time, I guess... Anyone have any touch-up tips for small rust spots? Like less than an inch wide...maybe half an inch tall. I have both the little brush-on lacquer and spray factory paint for it.

Yeah, afternoon here now as well... Time to go get some lunch, perhaps. Haven't decided what I want. Bacon cheeseburger? Pasta? Pastrami on rye? Steak & cheese? Hmm...

Also, in the home you can have loudspeakers with far greater efficiency than in the car, part of why low powered amps can be used at home while massive amounts of power are needed in a vehicle (also to overcome road noise and other things that kill dynamic range). But a watt is a watt, as far as measurement goes...

I'd say 2 days...a) because it won't make us rushed to get everything done in one day and B) because I have no life and nothing else going on that weekend.

The guy that posted right above you Jim Jingozian...in your calc class. The guy with the long hair that usually sits a row up from the front in the right front, wearing either a VT or Red Sox hat depending on the day

Mapquest puts you at 11 miles from my apartment door

I stare back. That, "You better watch where you park, because I'm going to be parked down the street from you...watching...remember this vehicle, because your daughter and I are going to be in it later..." stare. Or something like that.

...in bed.

I literally cannot write like that...even when I'm drunk, I've passed out before my writing got that bad. It amazes me how some people survive - but like the bumper sticker says, only because there are laws in place so we can't shoot them.
-
I'm still amazed that someone that writes like that can hold a job...anywhere...well, anywhere that pays more than minimum wage...

I need to find his parents and slap the fudge out of them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I just hope he went/goes to a public school...because if it's private, that sure was a poor return on investment
