Above $364 is the top 1%?? I was really surprised that over $104k was the top 10%. I wouldn't have guessed that at all.
-
Frankly, for what you're looking to do, you only really need to spend a fraction of that on the drivers themselves.

Is there really any reason to vote for Obama? Other than being... Both are pretty worrisome, but for different reasons. I think when the American people are more concerned about electing someone "like them" and actually asking religious questions to presidential candidates, we've got some serious things going wrong no matter who's on the ticket.

MTV's still around? I guess they've settled in that role now, all the real music programming that's worth watching is on Fuse or elsewhere.

While I'm always a fan of DIYing things, at least he does excellent work...and I don't think really deserving of a comment like that

I'm older than the TA who's teaching my accounting class I'm one of only a handful of people out of 50 who have a major, the rest are 2nd-year general business or totally undeclareds. I've been here too long...

The best amps for the money!
JimJ replied to shizzzon's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
One part that's a problem is the "for the money" part Value is a relative thing -
At least in my classes, laptops aren't allowed for exams

Calculators still have some advantages

If you have finance programs loaded on the '83, I don't believe so...although it might take longer to do the same things on the TI-83 because they're tucked away in menus instead of having buttons for all of those functions. But I know you can do all sorts of amortization schedules on the graphing calcs, depreciation, etc... Oh, and that reminds me, if anyone's in need of a TI-86, let me know

I should be able to graduate in the spring...but that's assuming they'll be offering the classes I need next semester, which is not very likely

Not too bad, just have to go to accounting @ noon...then sleep...

I have an extra VHF antenna around here if you want something to stick on your roof to warn you about low clearance, if you want The van and typical garage heights don't get along very well...

grats. I'm jelous. I'm still pissed about not getting the supercharger. And last night while helping a friend move her apartment complex garage doors closed fast while I was backing out and gouged my doors. The roof rack also took some blunt force trauma. I'm so pissed about it. Dents (especially on a truck) are just character-builders true. dent is ok... The paint gone is what I worry about. I HATE rust. Paint it quickly then

Just because an amp can do a certain amount of power, doesn't mean you have to set it up that way. If all you need to accomplish what you want is 1kW, then that's it
-
Why do you think you need that much power?

Nice What transformers are those? The logo isn't familiar to me... What are you using as a line stage?

It attaches to your plunge router's base so all you have to do is spin it around the center, going deeper into the material with each pass. Beats freehanding it with a jigsaw, that's for sure

Yeah, starts here too. Tuesdays/Thursdays are my busy days, I've just got one tomorrow. At least one of them is with a prof I've had before and liked a lot, it's my one 8:00am so that's important

'Tis a Cadillac, can't expect anything different. Bought the wiring harness at the local stereo shop and made a comment that I was working on a Cadillac when asked and the manager made the comment, 'Most GM's are a 24pack, Cadillac's are at least a 30pack..." Why no kicks? Just curious...definitely looks like you've got the real estate for 'em. One look at those doors would have scared me into them most likely
