That is something I do...once again, because it's such a PITA to get everything exposed, might as well do as much as you can while you're there. If you want to upgrade it at some point in the future, maybe worth your time to upgrade the tubes to new old stock versions, usually a little closer in tolerances, resistant to microphonics (rattling) and better breakup characteristics at high volumes. I think those are 12AU7s or 12AX7s...can't remember with those amps. Regardless, you can find NOS versions for pretty cheap.

Chad basically said that it's not worth the minimal amount of time and to use the phone for any inquiries. Considering he's an *internet* based company with no brick & mortar dealership network, I don't see the point of losing your online presence...
