The Cadence? I think he's been deciding whether or not to sell that ever since you sold it to him.

What year are you? I'm going to be a 3rd year freshman 60+ credit hours and still don't feel any closer to a degree than when I started...

    Welcome to the IHoP

I'm a close by <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Vladd and myself are there for the chitty part of the year there... dave_edwards lives in C'burg, if you've ever seen a cream-colored Dodge Magnum tearing ass on the highway, that's most likely him. If "Money For Nothing" is playing, that's definitely him. There's another guy on CA.com that supposedly goes to Tech, but I'm starting to think he doesn't exist...or he's horribly disfigured and can't bear to meet anyone else.

Can come help me. I got rook pulling a motor out of a gsx so I can fix a big gaping hole in the hull. That the owner didn't know was there. Guy brought it in and said it was leaking some where. Yep, he was right. The big 10" hole in the bottom of the hole is probably leaking <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I would, but I'm in Nawth Kackalacky...at least for a few more weeks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Down there huh ? Dustin wants me to come down and visit him down there. I'm scared though, I have to pass through concord mills on the way. Your probably familiar with a certain store located there. That store is my achilles heel . Like kryptonite to superman. I get within a 50 mile radius and go into seizures until I somehow wind up in the parking lot of said store <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol

    Stuff.

OK...picture time. First, we have the leftovers from the TSX show... Chad's bright yellow banana. Aiiiieee! The camera will steal my souuuuul! Note Rachel's look that says, "Tom is such an idiot..." Dave's wiring when we pulled out the Revo. Friends don't let friends use butt connectors. Dave = teh fired. Where's the positive lead for the outboard processor? Oh yeah, it's held together with electrical tape and dreams. Also visible is the Sundown Audio monoblock OK...Field Day 2006 stuff. The weather absolutely sucked, but at least we had cigars and beer, the cause was not all lost. The VHF antenna array, three elements on six meters with the top antenna for 2 meters. VHF propagation actually was pretty good. The Unified Command bus at night...this was about five minutes before the onboard generator blew a fuse and wouldn't start back up again for the rest of the night. Missed the AC For the past couple years, the local electric co-op has been kind enough to let us use a bucket truck over the weekend, as a mobile 40+ foot antenna support. Comes in real handy, though in an actual emergency we'd have to make do without it Some of the antennas. The scale is a little misleading - the mast on the left is 66 feet tall, it's a quarter-wave vertical for 80 meters. The smaller one is for the 10 meter band. Alright...new pics of the preamp. Toobz! And what's this, a remote? Werd. Now I wonder if a universal remote will work with this...hehe. The power supply is a seperate unit, so it doesn't take up space internally. Connects to the main chassis with a locking DIN plug. Two preamp outputs, so one goes to the monoblocks, the other goes to the low-level inputs on the Adire Rava instead of the high level inputs I had been using before. That's it...run along now...

just reading Thylantyr's crazy exploits on CA.com... you know, in the ultimate twist of irony, after having over 300 parts custom machined and special ordered for his line arrays, he's going to lose his hearing the first time he tests them :

We had a pretty decent wood shop at HS, but being a private school they didn't offer any actual classes devoted to it. The only time you got to use it was during physics, building projects. But since I played in a band with one of the physics teachers, I didn't have a problem coming in and using the shop whenever I needed to

I'm guilty of that to some degree - one of my favorite test tracks for resolution is Vivaldi's Flute Concerto in D, although I'm not really a raving flute fan. I just love the resolution it has on a good recording of it, and it has decent bass extension as well.
