Seems a little "unfinished"... - with that style of page, centering it looks much better - The Javascript mouseover thing is cool, but fill that space with it or don't do it It looks kind of forlorn with such a small picture box... Just my two and a half...

Just welcoming you in here, don't see you that often in teh 'hop...

:word: Sure you can...?

Ryan, what sort of work do you do with communications? I'm a tower monkey during winter break, usually...club I'm a member of usually holds a big workday New Year's week, and a few of us ride the platform up to the 1000' level to work on the repeaters I should get pictures this year, talk about good views...

This is for a front stage, correct? You won't be concerned with subbass, so you can use the HPF... -
Yikes. Yikes.

i dont think that by putting the tweeter on the cone makes them coaxials.....the difference between coaxials and components are that it comes with a crossover.....so actually you would want cheap components over expensive coaxials, i think. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> By definition, "coaxial" mounting implies the tweet is mounted in the center of the mid. Doesn't matter if the Xover is a simple 6dB/oct cap or an extensive 24dB/oct two-way network with impedance correction. I still wouldn't trade my Sync6's for 'em anytime soon, though

Clean box.

Dave's point was right. Once you've had a head come out of there, I don't think anything else will ever compare...

If you ever have a needle put through the top of your hand, prepare to cringe...you can feel that go through every single nerve
-
I have a pretty high pain tolerance...but a low idiot tolerance Only time I've ever been really pissed with needles is when I was having an IV re-done, it was about 5am in the morning and they woke me up, the nurse who tried to do it was a nervous wreck. Completely distracted, totally not there...and she said she usually was on ER rotation *rolls eyes* Finally she got another nurse that knew what she was doing to put it in, but not before I looked like I had been doing heroin for a while that day...

I would have phrased it slightly differently, that would have changed the meaning...well, a lot

I'd doubt she had it done all at once like that @ 8ga, but it's possible. Most navels start out @ 14ga or 12 and are stretched up from there...basically by sliding a tapered piece of acrylic or ceramic that starts at a smaller gauge and ends at the desired one. And Steve, after seeing that entertainment center, I need to change my pants.
-
argh, time for class
-
I don't think they make 8ga needles...probably would be a bad idea anyway because of the tearing you'd get. I had the nips done originally @ 12ga, but then tapered to 10 and finally 8...I lost one a year ago after a game of dorm hallway football, and the other I don't think ever really healed up properly after going from 10ga. I'll give it a few more months, if it doesn't look right after that I'll probably take it out.

Understandable. Me and very strong magnetic fields don't get along too well... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You should go hang out in an MRI lab. I wore a pair of Docs to one and of course going in you strip yourselves of metal. When they turned on the machine (20 feet away) it felt like me feet were being pulled out from underneath me. Holy friggin' strong magnetic field batmang. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I avoid MRI's unless I have adequate warning 8ga. body jewelry will make you do that... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You got an 8 gauge prince albert ? God that must have hurt <{POST_SNAPBACK}> heeeeelllls no. No way I'd let someone wielding a needle go down there
-
It appears that way.

wait I am confused, can you bring me up to speed as to who and where ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They only went over to Carstereo.com now. I'm saying if they ever took a trip over to Carstereos.org to do the same, they'd suddenly find themselves without an e-home
-
Joshie, Marshoo, et al...lay down the law, it's quick and merciless
-
I have no problem unless they start chit on CSO...then they might find themselves without a home on CA.com too
