    Welcome to the IHoP

please add probably to that list. It would be actually be fun to add some little phrase that belittles the person posting when they try to use them. Tho too... And I missed the memo where "a lot" was changed into one word

    "ur" should be filtered here

Money for turning 21? Wish I got that... Although I did get two very cool box sets of vinyl last Xmas, so I'm not complaining.

    Welcome to the IHoP

I remember you posted one way before, we were all drunk and in here one night

Mid-bass (///M5's Definition) - Any Frequency above 31Hz lol... and below some frequency not specified And there's something wrong with that? I'm not a big fan of "mini" monitors...with all the compromises you have to make for even the best set of speakers, limiting cabinet size is shooting yourself in the foot.

    MINI Cooper Wall Worklog

I just noticed those nuts and the fender washers...without the car being there...?

    MINI Cooper Wall Worklog

The people on DIYMA are just as surprised as me that you posted there The vast majority on CA.com and ROE are brain dead so they don't count.

frontstage to go with 2 BTL 18s

Parts Express has piezo horns for under two bucks each, IIRC...about 20 per channel and it should be audible.

Laminate? They looked pretty damn good as they were...

    Full Range Home Audio Project

http://www.frugel-horn.com and Planet10's site has some good ideas for FR125 horns as well, in particular there's a double-mouth floorstanding horn that looks promising...

    this is SQ

Having "all kinds of door speakers" doesn't sound like imaging was a concern at all, I'm betting there wasn't much SQ about it...

Although there's one or two decent ones being built now, broadcast radio still sucks around here though.

    Welcome to the IHoP

If you're going with two channels, there's really no reason to buy a receiver. Especially something made in the last ten years or so.

    this is SQ

Nothing SQ about that, I don't know what's in the front. I love the equipment though

    Welcome to the IHoP

Why those? Amazing midbass doesn't happen out of tiny enclosures...

    Welcome to the IHoP

That's some bullshit. I didn't want to use the last course withdrawal option I had on a shitty 1 credit arts class, but it's looking that way...

    Welcome to the IHoP

Good news, I'm all caught up on sleep. Bad news, I slept through a test today for my one credit fine arts requirement class. Sent an email to the prof asking if I could take it with Wednesday's class, but eh. It's pass/fail, and missing anything = F. Don't think it affects the GPA though...

Hell, that car is probably going to end up being my project anyway, it's been beaten around but it's got surprisingly decent audio potential...huge amounts of room in the kicks, room for a 2 DIN screen and a spare tire well that's begging for a 15"....

I found Lambo door kits when I was searching for doors, kind of disturbs me that they make those for a Volvo station wagon...

    Welcome to the IHoP

I have to learn everything for a product ops test on Thursday. I got a 95 on the first one but still don't quite understand how... Nope, my parent's '01 Volvo V70 that my dad backed his truck into...amazingly, only the door was damaged and none of the surrounding panels...the truck got a quarter-sized dent and a little scuff on the taillight Do you already have clear or thinner or anything? Almost any 2 stage without having some of it ahead of time will put you over the $100 mark, especially for a non-typical color which Volvo of course will use. Nope... I figure if materials are going to be below $200 it'll be worth it...still puts it under a grand for the whole thing which was my goal starting out...or I go to Plan B and rattle can the whole thing matte black It's weird, the color is almost exactly the same color of Tom's Impy... ooo, that's a good color It looks nice when clean, but as soon as a little bit of dirt gets on it it looks hideous...
