Should make a swing by campus, put a "Move Your Couch for $100" sign out and see how much I can pull in in a few hours...
-
Better start packing up the van... Bringing some goodies to Dre's place in Jan
-
I think so... If you can fit a large format tweet, I loved the Morels I heard with them Or something Vifa...or LPG...
-
If you're using them in a vehicle, I'd run active... They sound good, considering the price they sold for they're a solid value.
-
If you're only burping it, I'd forgo the daily option and get the tighter tolerance coil assembly...

I can guarantee that once you put it in a vehicle, your real-world response is going to look nothing like that.

I can guarantee that once you put it in a vehicle, your real-world response is going to look nothing like that. That's all I have to say about that

Good luck with that.

Anyone that's on a DIY-oriented site is a snob of some kind, in something.

One issue with adding crossovers and drivers and such is that you lose the sense of coherency and true point source that you get with a single driver...not saying it's bad, it's just different

I see some of those are chains...so they wouldn't pass Sean's test

That looks like just the kind of shack that would have a 'Mog on the other side of it Pantera and a 'Mog...whatever the occasion.

I think that'd be something worth exploring...

I've got a paper to write for tomorrow...might start soon...

uhhh.. wtf is that? Almost looks like an RF cavity filter, that or one hellacious capacitance bank

I'm using sealed in my apartment. I prefer it to ported, but I'm not a basshead either...

MFSL? Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs. They do a lot of higher-quality remasters...
-
They're all pretty good values. The TD-160 is a classic suspended design, I'd go for it if the price was right.

Can't , I have been sworn to secracy. You guys will see once everything is completed, probably along with build pictures if you ask Dave nicely. I bet this is the most in depth install dave has ever had to this point. Been a learning experience so far for myself. Results from some of our testing has proven the exact opposite of pretty much everybodys thoughts and thoroughly proven the fact that indeed every car is different. I also learned having someone cut and resin the mat for you while you do the laminating is the greatest thing since sliced bread lol Decided to leave the JVC in and run coaxials off the head unit, huh...

ST has the MFSL versions of them MoFi...mo betta...
-
That's no T-line, but it should be fun

It's a very good start, I like the layout, color scheme is a bit...loud. Especially when the default of the forum is so laid back

Do you have any Coltrane? Giant Steps and/or A Love Supreme are must haves, IMO. Throw in Blue Train as well.
