well yesterday i went down to Andrews, SC to meet with Walt(cookiemonster) to pick up some new sundown goodies. Already had a saz1500 so i picked up 4 sa12's and a saz1000d. Walt gave me class A service. 2 of these are for my truck with the saz1500 and the other 2 go in my wifes honda pilot with the saz1000d....i got the two in my truck yesterday and all i can say is wow...so much better than my re se's

are there any left? -
It would be at 2 ohms so it would be just a little bit too much - you could *easily* run two with a 1500D. yea i fig. that.... i would love to have 2 in my truck but i think i would have to lose my back seat and i cant do that... which i think i can squeeze maybe 2 cubes under it...hummm

would my saz1500d be to much for one of these?
-
will the new e8's still be able to be sealed? and what are you looking at for power handling? i really want to put 4 of these in the wifes honda pilot. and when can we expect them?

in my first thread i stated that i had a mtx tc4001 that i wanted to use. but it woouldnt handle the 1 ohm load that the dual2 would have or it would have a 4ohm load if i ran it in series. if i get a D1 and run it in series wont that show a 2ohm load to the amp?
-
the Q is a nice sub.... you dont need 1000 watts.... is this going in a truck like your friends? yes same truck
-
ok here is my question can i run 2 amps (mtx tc4001) on a Fi q 12? the amps are rms 600x1 at 2 ohms. i know that the FI's are dual 2 ohm. right now i dont have the cash to buy the amp i want(sundown). the other mtx amp should be here soon but until then can i only run one VC? is that safe? any answers would be nice? my friend has one of the FI Q 12 in his 06 Z71 and man it sounds great... i want that sound
-
your right...i might just use the mtx in my wifes honda pilot.... unless you can suggest a nice 2ohm svc or a 4ohm dvc to use...
-
