Before you order from FatboxUSA run an experiment. Send an email and see if you get a response, ever. The owner is probably a good guy who wants to do right by his customers, but these days he tends to over promise and under deliver. My money and order went into a black hole. After weeks of excuses and broken promises for a box that never shipped I eventually had to go back to Paypal and file a dispute to get my money back. Probably lot of people have had better luck. But the lesson I learned is to do business with someone who has an on-line reputation they care about maintaining. You won't find Fatbox on yelp or mentioned many places. Maybe your odds are 50/50 with them.
