is it possible to just take away the ability to downvote for just one individual? that may solve this problem in an easier manner, in which it affects less people

http://www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-King-E-O-1-1-4-in-x-7-16-in-x-10-ft-Black-High-Density-Rubber-Foam-Weatherstrip-Tape-R516H/100090883 or http://www.homedepot.com/p/MD-Building-Products-1-2-in-x-10-ft-Gray-High-Density-PVC-Foam-Weatherstrip-Tape-02311/100166566 its a thin strip, but either 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch thick. i think its nice because its got tape on one side to stick. i am just trying to stop the rattle in my car door. and looking for something cheap and basic. m5 said CCF. i think these are a type of CCF? they are not marketed for use in a car, but i think it could work? just the midbass in my door panel causes rattles. so i think i should place this foam around the inside plastic panel to stop the rattling? or is there some other good product thats better? or should i not even try to use this type of foam tape? thanks! edit: found this too, looks legit, i would just have to cut it up a bit. but its 2 inches thick... not sure if thats too thick? but it also says this lol... ummm "Important notice regarding flammability - all polyurethane foams including combustion modified foams will burn and generate smoke and gases; not to be used as acoustical foam" http://www.homedepot.com/p/Future-Foam-2-in-Thick-Multipurpose-Foam-10030BULK2/203837080 and i would get some velcro stips like this http://www.homedepot.com/p/VELCRO-brand-4-in-x-2-in-Industrial-Strength-Strips-2-Pack-90199/202261921 also when reading about this, i guess theres a big difference between "rattles" and "vibrations"? rattles are causes by two surfaces touching each other and vibrations are from the sound? now im not exactly sure which it is lol...
