    Toyota Corolla

Not shure where you mounted your sirius but there is a nice little spot between the lower portion of the A pillar just behind the glove box on the right hand side. My shop installs camera boxes there for taxi's, they fit just perfect.

Wouldn't that just be doubling the crappyness ?

    Usamps Tour afterthoughts and Videos

FYI Kenwood gives a MAX and a RMS rating on all of their amps. They also list the voltage and frequency for the given wattage. Not really a good comparison but whatever...

I made a snowman today. Last time that happened was a good 10 years ago. Good times...good times.
  8. Nice job. Better than when I smoked my friends lights. Most people usually have some sort of buffer/polisher and/or rubbing/polishing compounds they use for their normal paint detailing. As well as some microfiber towels. Basic masking tape will work as well, the fancy green or blue scotch is a bit overkill for a small job like this. Typical cost if you've already got most of those things already would be around $50-$80, depending on where you shop and what product you buy.

    Welcome to the IHoP

I cant for the life of me figure out whats wrong with this minivan stereo im trying to fix. The only thing that works are the front tweeters and when you turn up the volume its all distorted. Rear fade does nothing, adjusting the bass and treble on the h/u makes little to no difference in the tweeter distortion. Ive pulled the speakers, all of them work just fine. Probably blown, but they still work. Chrysler amped the speakers by placing a small 20W amp on the magnet, so the h/u is only giving out a high voltage signal since each speaker has its own +/- 12v and +/- signal. I read there was a relay somewhere in the mix and possibly thought it was the culprit since the rear speakers didnt work. Im not quite shure where it is as there is very little information out there on 1989 caravans/voyagers. help...someone

So we finally bought an Eco friendly car

I knew it was a camry from the first picture. Nice car, tone a few apart at work for taxi duty. Definetly roomier than a prius but its noas as quiet. Trunk has a nice chunk taken out of it for the stupid battery cooling, wasnt a fan of that. Seeing as you got the navi I assume it has the JBL system already. If you didnt know already, there should be a miniplug in the far end of the center console next to the aux 12V plug.
  11. Current enclosure ? 800-1000w is plenty for that subwoofer.
  12. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/shop/in...cf8df18f8b09b56 I see 3 25A fuses 14.4Vx75A=1080W X 80%(because no amp is 100% efficient)= 806W Unless there are some "hidden fuses" anything over 800w is simply not happening.
  13. Did you actually bench it at those numbers? Nope. Basic ohms law and a conservative efficiency of 70% iirc
  14. Probably a bit more than that. I cant find any pictures of the fuses...probably for a good reason too
  15. Thats worse than focal. P.S People are stupid and don't know what they want. By saying " go listen to them" you are not helping at all. Especially when the buyer has no possible way of listening to the items listed. worst salesmen ever...
  16. 4000D, about 800wrms on a good day. Worst US Amps amp ive owned, the 1600.4 is capable of more power.

Ported box suggestions for two rlp18's

I dont see why mike reccomends 5 cubes either. 5 sealed is great, but 5 ported is choking the damn thing. Ive got the first tc9 18 ever made ( Pre SS RL-p 18) and those specfications are far from what I receved as optimal.
