I was just wanting to get a little review from others that have an AQ or have had one in the past. I just sold my RE's and I'm thinking AQ is going to be my next toy.

alright guys. we're in evansville now comp is tomorrow. got the digital camera this time so we should have some good vids and some scores. only thing we have to do is some testing and get peak frequencies. hoping for a good run too. he's going to be running in mod 2 so looks for it!

we tried to blow the windshield out last weekend. at first it was just a little crack that spidered out, but then we got ahold of it and it just crack all the way across.... but we couldn't get it to go all the way. He's got a couple of great hairtrick vids he needs to post up here but he's been busy lately. We should be down in Evansville, KY this coming saturday so if anyone going look for us there!! it won't be the finished project but we're estimating 54's without baffles in.

can anyone find the t/s parameters for these. I've looked everywhere and can't find anything. Thanks!

amp rack is almost finished and is in the truck for right now. box is still in the works but not far from done if we keep at this pace. we're putting 4 comp. in each door and i think all tweeters are going right above the windshield. and building a new center console for the 4 coax.

I figured it was about time to finally post up this build. We've been working on it for about 2 weeks now and we are making very good progress. Well on to the good stuff!!!! My roommate and i are walling off his '04 Monte Carlo with 3 BTL 18s with 6 SAZ-1500Ds. All equipment going in the monte is: 3 BTL 18" 6 SAZ-1500D 4 sets of Fusion Reactor 6.5 comp. 2 sets of Fusion Reactor 6.5 coax. SAX-100.4 for comp. ( haven't figured out an amp for the coax. just yet. Audiocontrol Matrix Audiocontrol EQS 3 Northstar NSB 100ft batteries Powermaster 250A alt. and lots of wire and sound deadening. Box is 19.5cuft after all displacements with 2 10" aeros and tuned to 34 hz. All is done in doubled up birch. I should have pics up within the next 5 or 10 min.

i just did a bandwidth test on my computer and it came out to be 5.7 mbps. download. and then i started thinking about what other people speed is. and what kind of connection? mines dsl.

atleast he is asking questions and getting good products on his first build (if so) we were all noobs at one point in time.....

my guess is yes. it has a fuse for premium amplifier but i haven't a clue where it is. we thought i might have been the truck wiring harness so i tried just hard wiring it.... but still no luck.. so that was my guess that there is an amp somewhere.... but no clue where

i'm installing an indash into an old explorer. heres the problem..... we wired everything up right, used the same wiring harness that was in the truck. no fuses blown or anything. indash turns on.... but we got no sound. took off the indash harness and tried battery poppin speakers... still no sound. tried hard wiring it so the truck harness and still no sound.... my guess is that the truck harness is bad and that we need to hard wire all the speakers....

as far as i know it is pronounced "figh" according to how scott says it.

great job andy!! setup is lookin really good and great score! sucks we couldn't get the truck finished in time but it will get done. but we should see you at comps in IL and IN. as of right now i'm runnin my setup in the monte so we might run it for a bit.... depending on how much is left on the truck

nice review... makes me thirsty tho...
