well i've owned quite a few subs..... in 1995 i bough (8) kicker solobaric 10's(the solos with the gold letters on the dustcap) in 1997 i bought (3) jlaudio w6 12's in 1999 i bought (3) rf power dvc 12's then in 2000 i bought (1) punch he2 12 and later that same year i bought (1) punch hx2 12 then i got another car and bought (4) jl10w3..6months later i bought (6) punch he2 10's then me and my friend put money into the navi...i bought (3)power hx2 15's and now i'm looking to buy (2) re sx15's 80 spent to much money...i need to stop .......but i cant help it....i love music

denim is right...i have 6 of them in my navi and i'm supplying 2400watts 2 each of them...and the spl is fluckin crazy...the sq could be better..but thats not why i designed that box 80

thanks guys......i always knew that the w3 has alot of excursion but when i hit notes like 22hz or 28hz....the excursion was sick...i wish i had a vid when it was going nuts..but the shocking thing i noticed ...it stay within its xmax limit...i might buy 4 of them next time...lol but the reason i chose to make a vid playing 13- 19hz..i wanted u guys to see that it can go low and stay within its limits..given 600watts... 80

um looking at that 8.....i think that going to fluck up the 8w7...it handles more power than the 8w7(300w)..i just hope it has either more cone area or more xmax...and overall more sound quality and spl....becuz if it does...oooooooooooo baby..i will be buying 6 of them 80

how about a 8 the has a sensitivaty of at least 93db's and is only used between 80-500hz...and can handle 150w rms i hope some one makes this..that would be my dream midbass for my car 80 got ideas for subs as well...something no one has tryed

I'M NOT SURE IF ANYBODY CARES BUT I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH BRIAN FROM MTX AND HE INFORMED ME THAT MTX WILL BE RELEASING A 3000WATT @ 1OHM AMP, AT THE BEGINING OF THE SUMMER...I DONT HAVE PICS BUT HE SAID THAT WILL BE FAN COOLED AND THE AMP IS 2006-CEA COMPLIANT...SO IT WILL PRODUCE 3G'S @14V...HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT, THE AMP IS UNDERATED SO IT WILL PRODUCE ATLEAST 3200-3400WATTS@ 14V. AS FAR AS THE JACK HAMMER...THIS THING IS 22INCHES WIDE 23INCHES DEPTH...ITS NOT MADE 4 ALL CARS...IT WILL HAVE 2 REPLACEMENT CONES...ONE FOR SPL AND ANOTHER FOR SQ..AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT ONLY REQUIRES A PORTED 15CUFT OF INTERNAL SPACE. 80 JUST GIVING ALITTLE INFO
