You selected some very nice drivers. I kinda gringed when I saw that you are running two sets per door. I am wondering why you bought these. If you just wanted to be loud and clear there are better and cheaper drivers available. I didn't want to be just loud and clear sir I have another goal in mind.

Is one of those Ms for you chuck?

I finished installing the XEQ today Also captured some comparison pictures of my new drivers vs my old one pre excisting explorer. And here are some comparison pics of the same RF driver and my new tweets I know they size isn't everything, but these puckers are huge! Also, Its been a few weeks now, and with the new CAI and a recent checkup/tuneup at 100k, this is now what I'm getting at highway speeds

I thought you didn't have any more questions? Where did this come from? Just check your wiring. I have a itchy feeling the problem relies there. Also, with such a none constructed question, it will be hard to help you. Read over your question before posting, ask yourself if this is an understandable question, put yourself in somebody else's shoes and see if you would be able to get a legit answer. For example: Hi guys, I have another issue, need some trouble shooting steps to ensure my amps works. Could anybody assist. I have X amp, using X headunit in X vehcile. I have done X amount of things up to this point. And before posting, please follow some basic, basic troubleshooting steps yourself by simply going over your own work more than twice. More times than not, it is simply something you missed. Like a blown fuse somewhere, or miss wiring, it could be anything. Hell even a loose remote wire could be the issue, or a simple master/slave switch on amp.

I have nothing to say but what a great first write up!! I am too competeing in meca this year, actually first one is tomarrow in Lebanon TN. A fellow member here by the name of Shizzzon and Ohjya have some experience in Meca and could better assist in this case, as I am too under their arms But from what I've learned so far is meca Seriously, there are just wayyy to many restrictions to play both daily and comp, too much for me to not really care about classes once my new build is finished. Instead I will most likely simply compete in street 3/4 or mod 3/4. Also another option would to simply go for PNP. I too have an SUV, explorer, and this is my only vehicle, so trying to balance both seems too much, especially comparing to people who are seasoned competator with competition only vehicles. I'm currently decided to venture off looking at other leagues simply because of Meca every changing rulebook, I would actually like to have fun with the system that I have instead of altering it due to chasing gold plated trophies. Just my .02

So the past few days, I've recieved a few packages in the mail. http://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/seas-soft-dome-tweeters/seas-prestige-27tdfc-h1189-textile-dome-tweeter/ and http://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/seas-woofers-6-7/seas-prestige-u18rnx/p-h1571-7-curv-cone-woofer/ Also http://www.arcaudio.com/product-pages/processors//equalizers/xeq.asp I will be running two drivers and two tweets per door. I'm no glasser and I want it to look as professional as possible, so I've decided to take the doors to a local shop around here. And he will begin on my doors starting next thursday if all goes to plan. I've decided to place the eq inside the center console department. Reason buying it was to give me some control over certain freqs as well as being able to control the volume of the subwoofer amplifier on the fly and hopes to cut out some engine noise at the same time. I haven't finished completely yet, ran out of day light yesterday, so I hope to finish it up today before heading into work. Now let me start off by saying these drivers are the best thing I have ever layed my hands on in regards to speakers. I've never seen this kind of craftmenship and design within a speaker before, only in upper model subwoofers. I was blown away by looking at them. They are huge as well. About 5" in depth and 7" wide. I cannot wait to get these in. Also, I'm hoping my new amplifier for these will be in before the doors are finished. The guy said about a week from start to finish. And I ordered the amp a few days ago. On with the pics!! I tell you what, my camera does these drivers no justice. I thought my IAs were big, these literally dwarf over those lol. I wish I had a better camera. Now, I don't have small doors, but just to give you guys an idea of driver placement. The next pics will show you my progress on installing the XEQ. I will need to order some Elbow shaped M - F rcas because these damn Monoprice RCAs are just too big Rerouting the RCAs that go to the amplifiers. And thats where I stand right now. I hope to get everything finished and cleaned up today as I've only been listening to ONE speakers for the past 2-3 weeks! Idk what happen but some channels went out, I'm hoping to fix that as well here. Good thing these IAs get loud lol

I don't use it, but, some times companies offer no interest for x amount of months, see if they offer something in that nature. that way you get build your credit while avoiding that interest rate. That goes for anything really, you just want to avoid that interest at all cost or lowest as possible while trying to build your credit. If you have zero credit then this may or may not be an option for you.

No prices would be out of control if we did user names on every shirt, sorry. Oh I would imagine for every shit yes, haha, but was speaking in referrence of custom orders. For example in the SSA store, there would be a drop down option or something in that manner that would allow to enter text up to 10 characters or something along those lines. Just an idea is all. -

I like it! No more hold bars is good. I like the idea of keeping SSA distinct from your other products, it brings SSA more originality and distinction. -

I suppose there won't be enough room to place user names on the back of these huh?
