Thank you. And I wasn't meaning for you to know exactly what was wrong with it, I was wondering whether or not the things I listed could be the source of the problem. I also tuned my amp with a multimeter so I know it's not clipping.

So if theres the plug in clip i should just skip the whole alternator power wire? -
Okay, so i am wanting to build a box for my two Sa-12s. The width of the box is 40" The height is 13" The depth is 16" The total box volume without subwoofer displacement or port displacement is 3.709. Im trying to get a frequency of 35hz. I want to go with an aero port but im not really sure what would be a good size? I did the online calculators and for a 6" aero it would need to be about 12" long. My only concern is if this is going to be enough port area for two Sa-12s? If its not what could i do to get a good port area for theses subs?

Equipment Specs: Woofer: Fi Bl 15 Amp: Hifonics 1500.1d Mono Box: Roughly 3.1 cubic feet tuned to 32 Hz Here is my question, Currently i have my subwoofer firing up and my port facing the rear of my car. If i was to put my box as close to the back seats as possible, would i be able to seal off the subwoofer/box from the rest of my trunk? I have a 2010 malibu if that helps at all. I would be having the port face the front of the car obviously, but i wanted to know if i would be able to do this and notice any difference in SPL? In my trunk, if i pushed the box as close as i can get to the rear seat, i would have probably have a foot and a half to two feet of open space behind the box. Thank you.

What would be louder? Currently have a bl 15 in a 3.1 cu box. I was wondering if two Sa 10's in a walled trunk would sound louder then my one 15? I dont know if this makes any difference but my 15 is firing upwards in the back of my car.

2010 malibu. The sub is firing upwards because it wouldnt fit because of height of the trunk. port is facing the rear. The box is tuned to 30hz, 1500d hifonics wired at 1 ohm.

I was wondering what would sound louder?. One Fi bl 15 tuned to 32 hz in a 3.1 cu box firing upwards in the back of a trunk. Or 2 SA 10's in walled off trunk? And if i was to go with the 2 10's, would it be better to seal off the trunk and have the subs firing towards the front of the car, or would it be louder to wall off the trunk having a port and the subs facing the front of the car?

Is it worth it to buy this if im only going to use it once?

I have a Fibl 15" firing upwards with a port on the side of my box. I was wondering what would make it louder in the cabin of my car? Port facing me or the rear? Don't know if this will help any but I have a 2010 malibu
