Thanks! I was really hoping for an answer like that! How do I know how big the 45 should be? I'm thinkin real small... Make it's the same height as your internal height and I wouldn't go any smaller than 2" wide. Somebody might have a better answer for you on the width. Not sure if there is any set formula to calculate 45 width.

Help a kid out Snoop on eBay some more gotta be something on there for fuse blocks. Most are for 1/0 so you may just need to strip your wire down to fit the 1/0 gauge fuse blocks.

Not sure if you have done this but trace your speaker wires from the speakers to the amp and make sure you don't have them pinched or grounded to metal somewhere. Same thing for your your rca cables. Also double check your speakers to make sure they are not grounding to metal or wired out of phase. Have you tried running your deck outside of the dash or on the passenger seat to see if that does anything?

Scrap the cap idea. Get yourself another battery. Would not recommend stuffing a ported box.

If I decide to do a blowthrough on my truck that will probably be the setup I'll go with. Any idea when you're getting that put in? I have the box all cut, just need another day off to assemble. Hopefully within the next few weeks. It will be slow build with work and kids.
