Ill be running maybe 1900Wrms or a lil more to each.. with 1in MDF and Ill screw it all together and use the sealant around the seams and stuff.. And thanks a lot for the help, very useful With 1" MDF and a slot port you should be fine! I would use a quality wood glue like Titebond and clamps when attaching your panels. Don't over do it on the screws.

Sounds like your a BL listener! Stay within Fi's recommended box specs and you should be loud and still maintain good sound. A little reading below to help in your decision...
