Start to trouble shoot the wiring at the amp and work your way forward to the connection at the battery. Make sure nothing is shorted along the way. Make sure the wiring to the subwoofer is not touching metal or shorting across the + to - -
4 Sundown Z15" especially with the 3" voice coil vs the 2.5" voice coil.

I would assume your amp is wired to 1 ohm? Is your subwoofer dual 2 ohm voice coil? With that amplifier make sure you have the correct power wire size and fusing. Also to make sure you have the "Big 3" done on your electrical. -

That would make for a nice setup! They are built like tanks and are very underrated. Look at tuning around 28-30hz!

Do you not know how to calculate box volume? WxHxD/1,728 = Internal voume You will have to subtract wood thickness, woofer, & port displacement and any internal bracing.
