What HU? What amp? How is the bass boost set? Any loudness feature on in the HU? Crossover frequency? SSF setting? Polarity wired correctly on the subwoofer(s)?

This build is amazing! The attention to detail is top notch! May want to look to Herculiner when going for the textured look as that stuff works great on wood.

DID YOU TRY AMPGUTS? MAYBE QUIT SHOUTING AND SOMEBODY MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP! -
First off contact db-R and then recheck your speaker wiring as to make sure nothing is shorted inside box and to the amp. Make sure you check the impedence of the woofer as well to rule out speaker failure.

I look for 320kbps minimum or better yet would be FLAC, APE or WAV. Theseare the closest thing to CD quality without the original CD.
