What amp? I personally like to run my own wire from the doors to the amp. No need to run on a specific side of the vehicle. I would use 16 gauge.

With Aero ports you can use roughly 50% less port area than a standard slot port. As far any audible SQ or SPL increases/decreases, I don't think you will be able to notice unless you meter it. I just built a box for my IA DR 18" using 4 4" Aeros and I like the result so far. A tuning of 30hz will give you a flatter response with a nice gradual roll off at tuning. Tuning higher will give you louder bump and sharper roll off at tuning.

You may want want to cut down on the screws! Buy a quality wood glue, clamps and you will not need so many screws. Box build looks great though!

The Incriminator Flatlyne would be another choice.

RF still make a great amp! Most likely it will do close to rated if not succed ratings slightly. But still a quality amplifier. I think Cory should sell you Sundown myself....
