The 125.2 is a class AB amplifier. AB amplifiers tend to run warmer than a Class D. Exactly what impedance is the 125.2 seeing? If running at 2 ohms it will generally run hotter due to the lower impedance. I would say if you can get the fans to keep the amplifier at a moderate temp you should have no issues. Also make sure you have adequate electrical to run your system without the engine running. May also want to cut some exhaust holes above the amplifier if applicable.

Sundown rates their amplifiers at 12.8 volts, not 14.4 volts like Rockford. Fosgate gives a THD rating with their ratings Sundown does not. This game can go on forever. Both are nice amps. From the amp to the door speakers direct. Through the boot. You can use the fatory wiring behind the dash, just make sure you have the right polarity.

Dual 1 ohm voice coils? What other options did you select with your BTL? Question is why would you buy something when you obviously have no idea what you are doing? + HiFonics 2400 watt amp + Fi BTL = Fail!
