Well a friend of mine bought two Ample Audio ACWD 150 15's, for a price i guess no one would refuse $30, and wants me to build a box for him. The problem is I've searched the internet far and wide, and emailed tech support at ample audio for t/s parameters and enclosure recommendations all to no avail. So I'm hoping some one here on this forum has dealt with the subs before and can help me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

from Fi BL 10 – Ported box we recommend using .5-1.2 cubic feet from 30-37Hz tuning with ~15 square inches of vent. (IMO 32hz tuning daily driving is optimal)

Either The Q or the Bl would go good with that power. but the Q isn't available in 10's

I hope so

Well woke up this morning ready to start building my new box for my Icon 15 everything was going good, then it started to rain. So had to pull the table saw back into the garage. I only had one last panel to cut for the port. I guess there's always tomorrow to finish it but heres what pics I have so far. The Box is going to be 4.0ft cubed tuned to 31hz with 68 sq.in of port area The Design The Panels The Kerf Cuts The 45's More pics and a finished product soon to come. Damn rain.

Yeah I was looking at the SLS 8's. And I was skeptical about the alphas. So you say 3-4" MR? I'll look for some. And I will be looking into those tweets too. As for budget not really one, but the wife is in the process of opening a small clothing/shoe store, so I say 12-1500. For front stage amps hu and speakers -

anyone?realy i would ike to know if my choice of midbass and midrange are good for car audio aplications -
take it to an autozone, murrays, o'reilys ect. Have them hook it up to the obd tool, its free. they will give you the codes that caused the engine light to come. google those code numbers and then you'll know the prob.

dtcharneski replied to thegreat22's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
it should be something like this front bat----fuse----------------------fuse----rear bat----ground ----- = 0g. wire -
Build the box like a regular ported box , and then use fiberglass and make panels.

mdf, fiber glass, and some second skin
