dtcharneski started following Ample Audio ACWD 150?????

Well a friend of mine bought two Ample Audio ACWD 150 15's, for a price i guess no one would refuse $30, and wants me to build a box for him. The problem is I've searched the internet far and wide, and emailed tech support at ample audio for t/s parameters and enclosure recommendations all to no avail. So I'm hoping some one here on this forum has dealt with the subs before and can help me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

from Fi BL 10 – Ported box we recommend using .5-1.2 cubic feet from 30-37Hz tuning with ~15 square inches of vent. (IMO 32hz tuning daily driving is optimal)
-
Either The Q or the Bl would go good with that power. but the Q isn't available in 10's
-
I hope so

Thanks Denim and porkchop for the replies

a little under 5 inches

The Batteries will need vents to breathe but i say carpet the top but separately so its still easy to access the batts

Thanks

Well woke up this morning ready to start building my new box for my Icon 15 everything was going good, then it started to rain. So had to pull the table saw back into the garage. I only had one last panel to cut for the port. I guess there's always tomorrow to finish it but heres what pics I have so far. The Box is going to be 4.0ft cubed tuned to 31hz with 68 sq.in of port area The Design The Panels The Kerf Cuts The 45's More pics and a finished product soon to come. Damn rain.
