Ever think that it could just be coincidence that the majority of people breaking the law in your area are black? Hence, the majority of the time you see someone in handcuffs, they're black. No, but every time a "colored" person is pulled over/arrested it isn't because of racial profiling. Yes, it happens. But it doesn't need to be the constant excuse, and isn't the case in every circumstance.
