Wow glad I haven't purchased my BTL yet maybe I should wait a week for them to drop to 450
-
Anyone care to show off the new BTL? :]
-
Thanks just want a idea of the way they look before I place the big order tomorrow :]
-
Gotta love the fact my neighbor owns a sign shop and I get decals for free at any size/color <3 :]
-
It's 4 gauge, and thank you for breaking that down, makes alot more sense.

Okay so, I'm ordering my BTL 18" friday and wondering if this is what I should go with, I'm going to be using a SAZ-3000 everything electrical wise is hefty due to my old system. This is what options I'm wondering if I should go with: dual 1 cooling HiXim daily induct heat ring Give me some opinions.
-
This is kind of a no brainer question but, would it hurt to use the Ga I have right now? I mean has it been proven bigger gauge more current? With as much current as a 3000D needs, you'll probably burn your wire. imagining a wire bursting into flames xD made my night. Why would it do that?

If it is for daily music, keep the Hi Xmax coil. That gives you a fair increase in excursion which is great for playing music. Brian It's going to be for daily use maybe a few test tones my local drag strip has these little poon "competitions." And another quick question I'm using 4 GA wire and wondering a good site for 1/0 wire. Thanks.

Thanks man, I'm glad I have somewhere to come to for help, and I greatly appreciate every bit I get.

Quick question to wire a 2ohm to 1 you connect one of the coils + to -? Thats how my solobarics where so, thats what I'm guessing?
-
Why's that? Wouldn't I only be able to get 1600w out of the amp @ 2ohms? Is the 3000 over kill for the sub? If so I would go with the 1500. lol no the btl can handle up to 5000W, a 3000D would be perfect for daily use So, remove HiXim coil? And back to my question wouldn't I only get 1600w if the sub is a 2ohms? Check the my post above buddy. Sorry, posted before I read yours.

Appreciate the help.

Is this a strong amp for the BTL? I'm debating between the BXi2608D and T1500-1BD any sujjestions between the two and only the two. Thanks.

x2 Is this a good referb company? I mean I've heard of companies that only fix that one problem thats visible and just that and that only, do they check and test everything etc? I'm seriously going to consider this it's something new to where I live, I should make it hott. Haha

350 brand new in the wrapper still.
-
So, it's a definite go go on the RF?
-
I would go with the RF hands down. BXi2608D 2600 Watts RMS Power @ 1 ohm Peak Power: 5000+ Watts and plus I've heard alot of good things about hifi but, still rockford IMO has a more respected name and it does more than what it says I'm just in for the honest opinions I want watt for watt on this sub.
-
Well the thing is I don't have to money for that thats why I'm saying BXi2608D or T1500-1BD.
-
Back to pre-alg I'll get some spec's from him tomorrow.
-
Anyone mind showing me what one would look like?
-
