Once you hear those monster low's you wont even care about high's. Like Jason said thats what midbass is for. I hate high 40hz and above notes.

How much space do you have? The btl is not a SQ sub, but a good/loud daily driver.

Looks like a pretty good tv. Some other good/low cost brands i would look into are Vizio and Philips -
I vote the Xcon also I dont know about it handling 3000 daily. if you know what you are doing im sure it could. 1700rms woofer
