Youll need 4 pieces of wire. one coming from the amp to one positive terminal, then one from that positive terminal to the other positive. then one negative wire coming from the amp to one negative terminal, then one from that negative terminal to the other negative.

I wouldnt think it would really matter. But i think you could get more juice to the amps using 1/0 But i would use 1/0 from the batts to the fuses, then the 2 runs of 4guage to the amp's
