Well, I have a good one for everyone. First off, I work as an installer for Best Buy. I had a customer come in yesterday and was like "Do you have any subs, I think they are called, Purple Hearts???" So me being kinda curious, I was like "Nope, pretty much what you see is what we have. Who EXACTLY makes a Purple Heart sub??". Of course, it was a I heard from a friend, who heard from a cousin of a guy. He then proceeded to tell me that a guy had a pair of 12's in his car, and the bass was SOOOO loud, that he actually died from the bass. I, of course, immediately started laughing. I was like "I don't mean to sound like I don't believe you (of course I didn't), but bass is not going to kill someone". I then proceeded to tell him that in the freak chance someone DID die while listening to a stereo system, it would more than likely be from some other circumstance such as a anyerism (sp?) or something of the like, and surely not from a company that sells speakers called a "Purple Heart", which to me is kinda disrespecting to any vets who have gotten wounded in the service. I just happened to have my Nightshade in the bay, so I walked him back to take a look at it. Once he saw the sub, he was like "DAMN!! That's one big sub." I kinda joked with him that if a sub called a Purple Heart killed someone, but yet was never heard of, then this sub will probably split an atom and cause a black hole to swallow the Earth. I got a good chuckle out of that for a while.
