good afternoon from the lab my monday is almost over and i got my gym all back in order at the house. might be time for some exercise! edit: actually the gym will be complete when i find a good/reasonably priced trainer for my road bike. any suggestions?

the weekend always ends too soon

i just spent the afternoon cleaning the house too, after some quality beach time with Zeus. had him swimming pretty good in the surfbreak with his bud Happy. it's crazy that he can even swim, he's 90lbs of muscle and bones and sinks like a rock without some serious effort.

you could come out here and live in a run down 1br for $1100/mo.

i think the coastal areas north of ventura are all very nice, i will agree that even though i'm an hour and a half north of LA i avoid anything los angeles like the plague, especially the people. i'm also not the biggest fan of our socialist government either.

I think you can still get it if you talk to a pharmacy and sign some form/add yourself to some list unfortunately that's pseudaphed. Or something similar. Some crappy alkaloid of the real deal. Kind of like "white willow bark" and asprin. Any and all of the pharmapsudical versions really make me sick, and don't work. Maybe I am the odd man out in that one. I could just expect more because I used the real thing. I just know regular herbal ephedra and extracts work. This pharma crap doesn't. I'm no live green don't use medicine types, but in this case I really think that we missed the boat on the whole ephedra ban. If I could get ephedra, even if I had to show my DL I would. they sell ephedra pills under the counter at pretty much any supplement store other than GNC in my area...

still getting ui checks? people i know stoped recieving them awhile ago yeah, i get my last one next week, then it's time to file for my first extension. i've exhausted the allotted time for receiving checks but my ui claim has another couple grand left i should be entitled to
