well, I'm heading out today. I've spent many weekends down in Tampa (500mile round trip) trying to work on new boxes, bandpasses and all types of crazy designs. We couldn't find anything louder though...but we sure know what doesn't work!! I will be in Street B but won't be to competitive. I went and put my old box back in the jeep, I've had this thing since last summer but it's still the loudest so far... this jeep isn't easy getting loud!! I've also had the jeep in the shop twice this week to get a new radiator and pulley that I broke SBN is always a blast none the less! I had the decal shop make me some side window decals for this weekend. http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d132/kic...er/6fb21c29.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d132/kic...er/ca7c3678.jpg pulley http://img67.imageshack.us/img67/4889/dscn26044yz.jpg

Had to throw something in while I'm working on my SBN setup. Tuned @ 32hz, its wangin. Check out my windshield to, I just got it tinted darker!

You can still register during qualifying. Just talk to David (judge).

I spent all weekend in Tampa working on a box for SBN. That venue usually has big crowds and the locals are awesome. But yea, you won't see large #'s. The crx's both run solo x's and I'll be up against one at SBN. My #'s aren't to promising as of right now though but I will have 4 very large strappable amps
-
If it is possible, I don't see it being worth it.
-
what about my batt charger as a wedge so the amp rack doesn't move on right turns??
-
guess ya missed the word "temp" in the title
-
No, it's probably going to sit untill after SBN
-
although I wouldn't recommend doing it in a car or suv.
-
You'll grow up one day. I've been wanting to go for years but never could. Its everything its hyped up to be, fun times.
-
When I read check out my windshield, I thought it was going to be a flexing vid. I'll have to make one I don't think my one lil sub will make windshield pron though
-
We usually fire to the passanger side with sub facing forward or down firing.
-
I think it'll sound good. (Kicker RS6.5 Component Set Powered by Kicker SX400.2) The KS6.5 will probably go in my hatch... I can't hear them back there anyway.
-
I'm not just going to put these in my door also. I'm going to get some glass pods made, and really try and get a good image going. Also I'm not sure on tweeter location, but we're going to try some different places. I can't wait. CB- 2 weeks??

good mono amp for my 12's?
KickinAudio replied to natedizzle's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I've seen lots of opinions posted. You need to take them and run with it, or do your own research. You're going to get what you pay for, just keep that in mind. -

I am not on the team, and I don't own any maxxsonics product(s). So my opinion is from personal experiences and comments heard about them. I would never recommend something I don't stand behind or have knowledge of. Reminder of what I have: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d132/kic...io/6b0ef447.jpg -

I'd stick with the hifonics amps. I've installed a few, and most people have nothing but good things to say about the bx line. shameless plug: My friend is selling a Power Acoustik A3000DB which is also a nice amp. He's doing a 142 on the TL out of the trunk with one amp and 1 12"
