Hey Dylan/BJ. Just thought i'd drop by an give a lil update. the enclosure is still holding up better then ever. changed the subs. The original opening for the type R's were too small for the DCLv4's so i spent a good 2-1/2 hours sanding it down , haha *yea yea, i still haven't gotten around to carpeting the front of the enclosure. haha i might be looking to change my enclosure so it ports through the rear deck instead of firing directly into the rear seats. when i do decide to change the set up you guys will definitely have my business.

I have 5 layers of Dynamat on my trunk lid alone, and 3 layers of fatmat in my trunk.it did NOT stop the rattle, it quieted the rattle to a extent. but it did not eliminate it. I'm currently in the process of re-doing my trunk, Subs facing forward, sealed off from the trunk. (i have yet to completely seal off the trunk) Trunk rattle is Almost 100% gone. If you want it completely gone i suggest giving that a shot?

the "best "way to get rid of trunk rattle is to port through the rear deck or fire forward and seal the enclosure off from the trunk. Plus multiple laters of dynamat, hushmat, fatmat, whatever you choose to use.

So i installed the enclosure today, just to see how it would fit/sound. it sounds GREAT! night and day difference. *Still need to seal it off, add great stuff foam, and carpet.
-
some more pics just to show the size of the enclosure *subwoofers are kove audio, not the ones i will be using

It arrived today. i spent a good 15 minutes just staring at the exclosure. haha. The pictures really don't show your craftsmanship skills. I have the next couple days off, i'll be sure to take pics of the build and post em up. Thanks Dylan, BJ.

I do like the Challenger best, but you can't argue the sales figures on the Mustang. Neither the Camaro, nor the Charger will be able to compete with it in sales;,in fact, they never have. Camaro sold more in the late 70s (like that era of cars even mattered ) the new Challenger is a great looking car, but wow, it's a heavy pig i gotta agree. the new challenger has to be my FAVORITE looking 'new' muscle car. even though its a bit on the heavy side it still beats the new mustang GT in 1/4 mile times *stock that is

I've been following this build since you first made the thread. great work. One thing, thats not a chrysler 300C version. From the looks of it ,its a touring model (not to sound like a know it all bastard) -
nice! try doing two runs of 1/0? or you could just get a HO alt. Iraggi prices for the chrysler 300 180 $479 200 $499 220 $519 240 $539 260 $559 280 $579 300 $599
