sounds easy, but the metal on a geo metro is about as thin as it gets, very difficult to weld to without blowing through. doable but, with the welder we borrowed not even a friend of ours (went to school for welding) could do it. Im looking into some type of panel epoxy type stuff, and doing a few layers to the outside of the car.

to think it started out with no rips in the roof makes me sad. Still debating on how to fix it. but it will get fixed one way or another.
-
it was fixed. now its broken again.
-
that was a new windshield. 3rd one so far.
-
if you look closely at the beginning of the vid you can see whats left of the old pole. It does stop flex, but the glass still breaks. But the metal on the edges of the welds is so thin it keeps ripping the base of the pole from the vehicles floor.

keep breaking stuff trying to make this new windshield last a little while, but 56.xx at 40hz is about where its at, at the moment. does a 154.4 at 27hz 154.0 at 25hz 152.1 at 21hz

I voted for A , but i think you should move the drivers to the top baffle, and put two vertical braces there.

we are running 4 of the 16v shuriken batts in the geo. so far so good. cant comment on the other lines from them though. -

jblcamry replied to kryptonitewhite's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication

New Crescendo amps FTMFW!!!!!!!
jblcamry replied to edouble101's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
They had issues with the power on the 3500s so they are in the process of checking every amp now. As of yesterday some were sent out.. Navid said they all should go out at the latest Friday. BTW my tracking says the same as yours. there was no issue with the power, the gain pot's were the wrong value on some of them. So each amp is being tested.
