lol, now its all a play on words, but that is a bit of a difference i agree, but an extra 160 or so isn't gonna kill my brakes, been driving about a month or so as of to date, pads are still lookin brand da spank new, i think the wagner brand is prolly as good as we make them out to be, lol(advance auto). Still need an alignment however, actually hadn't planned on keepin the rims on for too long anway, cuz its bout to get cold, so i think i'll be aight

lol, well it looks loud, lol and usually suv's bang harder than cars, especially town cars, lol my old setup 2 sexxx12's and 1200w's didn't do squat in the tc, in my old car though i could barely sit in there.

they make custom car suspension lifts just like they make them for trucks? Just depends on your car. And i get what your saying about unspung lift but they were talkin about moving mass, my whole car is moving mass.. My cuzin was drivin a company truck with a 700gallon tank of water in it, ran smooth into the back of a ladies car cuz he couldn't stop, so I would say the weight does matter.

giv me some time, tryin to come up wt a theme

true dat about it startin at home.. I went to private school, true my schools graduating populous was about 98%, after that 10% couldn't afford college, 10%-15% more probably dropped out of college, i would hate to see the statistics for public schools. But honestly i see how many can fall into the trap, im sure we've all scene the commercial, where the guy is goin in cirlces saying i can't get a job because i have no skills, i don't have any skills cuz i didn't go to school, i didn't goto school because i didn't have any money, i dont have any money cuz i dont have a job...ect it's sooo true. the only reason my gf is still in school now is because of student loans, and im sorry to say that sometimes a good education doesn't guarantee you a good job or a job period...well lets not say good job, lets say a substantial funding institution.. But on the other hand it does offer you a better opportunity to make something out of your life.. But whatever you do be the best at it. My.02

Yea i ended up cutting the bolt, it made it come off pretty easy... and yea i cleaned the block as much as i could too, all of the carb build up looked like silicon, lol, nasty stuff, i hate to think what the throat of the intake is lookin like....I'll prolly try to clean that later... sigh-I'm done arguing about the brakes after this...but, those rims don't add a considerable amount of weight to my car. -the old rims weigh what, 45lbs each*4=180lbs...the new rims weigh what 85lbs*4=340 so my car is about 160lbs heavier... Not a big deal considering a car full of people will weigh that much or more... Also I haven't noticed any difference in my stopping. funny how people put heavy stereo equipment in there car and no one ever says hey, u need bigger brakes and rotors. Also maybe i left this out as well, the rims fit on my car fine without any modifications... I can drive around with no problems on the street, on the interstate doing 60+ the dips in the road make my car bounce a bit too much, so to get rid of bounce u stiffen the springs....so i really don't see the problem or it being ghetto if i used an item like it was supposed to be used... i would rather do that than cut out parts of my wheel well.
-
yea usually round speakers sound better than the oval kinda, really they just distort faster at lower volume..although my kicker 6x9's sound pretty good at moderate volume, then they get all poppy sounding, lol... might just make an 8in
-
lol, ahh, the love of freedom of speach, but anyway... got the egr valve off...oh yee of lil faith can u say dirt the hell d? and of course got the new on back on no prob..start the car no light, let it heat up no light....so as i press on the gas, check engine light, lol ahh, dpfe sensor i guess, i'll drive about 100miles b4 i recheck the codes though. didn't drive it too much but it shifts alot smoother, when i floor it, it doesn't hesitate and jeck, now it just goes. lol, time out....if i wanted to get flamed i woulda posted on ca.com
-
lol, that is dead on... well, thing is it has to be either the egr valve or the dpfe sensor, which looks a lot easier to get too. cuz i didn't have any check engine light on and then it starts to run a bit funky sometimes on idle when it heats up ie. when the valve is supposed to open. Could be also that the EGR channels are clogged. gotta luv this site...http://www.lincolnsonline.com/tech/tech.html seafoam smoothed it out for a lil while, but it still comes back so just to ease my mind, ima change it. ah, i need to paint my hood yea, but u wouldn't know it from the pics, cuz its chippin...so eeh yea. The lift works for me and i didn't like the big ass ugly muffler that the car has, so snip snip, and instead of running str8's i opted to quiet it down a bit...also it was on sale at the time...
-
lol, honestly i dont know yet... might have them in the town car until the gator gets settled, prgogress was movin along nicely until we couldn't find the title and i can't keep it in the drive way to work on it all the time, kinda sucks.. tested 1 of them today free air 2500-5000w... pretty stif lil sucker, but got a lil warm, after about 3mins.. still need to solder the other one to the leads
-
c ^^where they sat for some months, lol paintin the baskets sandin around the attachable section the huge ass mag attached extra thick huh? yea i really did hurt myself tryin to take this pic, lol
-
hmm as far as background go what is the color of the shirt? or is it going to be a whole iron on patch or printed?
-
yea i need some stickers or something. I was gonna have it black and red letters, but my stencil didn't hold up very well, sooo, just said forget it and hope i run across some stickers at hobby lobby or wall mart
-
a i've seen some huge people in town cars and caprices...prolly a good 280lbs, and it suits them well.. I just like the tc's better because of the bags on the back. ah yes i know the not liable thing, lol, my friends lug nuts broke off while he was drivin tire flew across the street and the whole front was bent, the tow truck guy was actually pretty good, lol. oh yea and the back i just took of the red cover, i like the silver look alot better prolly, the on front one side fell off, while i was on my way to Cincinnati and i didn't even know tll i got there, just havin gotten around to either takin the other on off or buyin a new one for the other side. was tryin to change my egr valve today, this thing is impossible on my car, on my dads 93 engine it sits up higher on the 94 it sits down by the firewall and all the bolts are rusted together, nothin a lil torch won't fix, but that'll have to wait.

u know i hate to keep trying to defend myself, but how am i posing? lol Is that like saying i want to fit in wt some group and am not excepted so im posing?lol and yes, IN has hills. Now if i had a smaller car i could see how all this would correlate, but i don't. I press the brake my car stops. Now the donk lifts, yea i would def. have to redo something but for my applicable circumstances i dont. John i dont think they meant, slotted or drilled rotors i can do that myself as well. They meant upgrade to a bigger sized rotor and caliper, and for my car the closest thing I could do would be to take the suspension off of a 98tc. Never had a ball join break replaced them and the tie rods as the tie rods have broken 2x..now that is some scary chit to be driven and all of a sudden cannot turn. I just came from Louisiana cuz my grandmother just passed and was only down there for the weekend so i couldn't make it to the bmv, so i still gotta wait on my turtle of an uncle to get the title for me. I guess sometimes it's not what you say but how u say it.

lol, yes crawl in dat btch=climb into the trunk keep the fob wt u incase someone tries to close you in= keep your trunk release device just incase someone closes your trunk on you so that you can get back out.
-
also wear a mask that glue well have u trippin and its not good for u, i think i read it can trigger asthma...but thats only in California, lol
-
eh it stops just fine, if i felt it was unsafe i wouldn't drive it. I would basiclly have to take the whole suspension off of a 98tc, the diffrence is i would go from a 10 to 12in rotor and single to dual piston. So yea i know what to do but i have no problems stopping. lol as far as me having problems wt the spacers i was at first, because i hadn't put enough in there, i added some more and haven't had any problems since, they haven't slipped or cracked.. And i dont see it as being done sloppily if thats what they are supposed to do?

sorry lol, went outa town the same day i posted this... but umm 1.no the rims didn't cost me more than my car asshat. 2. I like the color 3. wtf does rims have to do with with being black? 4.Yes cherry bomb, however i still have the cats on so its not that loud 5. I'm not seeing how its a ghetto lift? It gets the job done and doesn't cost much for what i'm using it for. I'm not about to dish out 200+ dollars to accommodate the needs of people who don't even drive the car, lol 6. As far as ride quality goes, its still about the same, i had it raised a little already and since the bags compensate for the extra lift in the front i can't really feel a difference, still rides smoother than any other car i have driven. 7.You dont need to upgrade with 22's, it's not a race car and stops just fine. Yea Plainfield is like 20mins or so away, but really i can do all the work on my car myself And yes if i was just bulging with money i would do some things differently, but working part time and being a college student yea i have to pick and choose. 3000$ on a big brake upgrade on a 93...gtfoh It's not as simple as just buying new rotors and calipers, and as stated b4 i know other people that have 22's on there town car and have no problems, i haven't had any problems as to date Bottom line don't be a hater all ur life Thanks for sharing

first up the btl recone old box 2 15's btl's the crappy single box i made out of the box above, lol on to the recone get that dustcap off first nice cover the hole and while i was at it got teh ca off the leads and pulled the old tensil out easier said than done.. resolder the new leads in and used some goop to cover them resolder back to the post and put the cap back on wt some gasket glue
