Yea i would also say check your body fat % http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/ or http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/body-fat-percentage-calculator So you can see how much you are aiming for, its all about setting goals so 455 if your 30% =318lbs, but that would be down to 0% fat i'd say 24-26% and you'd be a new man.

just emailed the invoice today. $6.30 for 10 ordered 2 so $12.60 + 3$ shipping $15.60 for 20

man 455lbs I bet if you hit the weights hard for a couple months you would be a beast. And yeah I use to eat mcdonalds and stuff everyday because it was easy. Best thing i've came up with is buy good food from the grocery and only eat out on the weekends. Aslo get urself some whey protein and drink a gallon of water a day... it curbs my appetite somethin fierce

What keeps me motivated is the money i spend on membership, supplements, clothes, ect. Also the compliments you get, well depending on what your working out for. I lift hard so being able to throw an extra 45 on makes me feel good. Knowing that i'm in better shape than i was a month ago and that it will continue is motivating as well. But for your workouts snds like time is an issue, so have a routine planned out and just get in and get out. Hour at the most. Also watching this video: Yeah BUDDY!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PO45iY7hilI

yea i ordered 24 lol, still haven't gotten the shipping price. I know 24 of those can fit in that free usps box, soo, better not be expensive.

gotta switch the wires. i can swicth my polarity from my HU and cant hear a diff. Hook them up backwards and it plays like a fat lady is sitting on the cone.

well another downfall besides not eating enough and not enough rest would be. I dont have a workout partner, so I cant really do that extra rep on bench. Squat hell yea I can put the weight on my shoulders and know if im going to be able to make it back up lol. prolly why progress on squats is so good, bench lol, no sir you will die lmao appreciate the site btw

how hot should a subwoofer get
djjdnap replied to irvin productionz's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
I cook bacon with my subs and amp -
usually 3 scoops so 24per scoop is 72g once or twice a day. along with 3 fish oil pills and bcaa pills(things are like swallowing rocks) I always read 1g or protein per non-fat body weight. Think im at about 20% fat so .2*235=47-235=188g per day Thats is alot, i couldn't imagine weighing under 200lbs though that was like freshmen yr in high school weight lol But i can try upping the protein. I consider my squats cardio though. On my drop sets i do them as fast as i can, drop some weight bout 30sec rest then do my next set. Usually do this last because it feels like doing wind sprints. Other than that i warm up on the bike trying to bike a mile as fast as I can with the resistance up, usually sweating within minutes. Figure if i keep it up i'll keep progressing, maybe im just trying to advance too fast.

why not get an AQ amp to match?

i've read 1 run per 100a draw...but thats prolly overkill. http://clang4l.net/calculator.html -
man my sleep pattern has been horrible for yrs now lol. I sleep maybe a couple hrs and can stay up for a long time with out being sleepy. Diet no real junk food and gallon or so of water a day I know i dont eat enough maybe 1 or 2 meals, and protein in the morn and night. most times im just not hungry. Guess im trying to lose weight and gain muscle and i'm defeating myself lol. i took about 2 weeks off last month, no supplements at all, its really just bench. my results go up constant on squats, went from 315 to 500 in about 6 months. i usually try to not move up until i can get my three sets all to 10/12 reps. but you prolly right, might start doin dumbell presses or incline for a while. Oh yea i dont really get sore anymore. Which i think means my muscles r getting content with my workouts.

Well I'm not going to lie i was taking c4 with m5 and felt pretty dam good. I also take it for the creatine. everyone has their own favorites. But im still experimenting with different pre's. Everyone is saying that stacking yo3ed with jacked is a good mix. the c4 has nitrates and so does yo3ed so cant mix them with out the drop in blood pressure.
-
I was taking usplabs jack3d, had me pretty focused and tingly feeling. Cellucor came out with the c4 and m5. so after cycling off the jack3d i started taking a scoop of both. pretty much the same feeling, except not as much tingly sensation, lol, and more focus. Like i wonder why i dont take this stuff before studying lol. only thing i've noticed is i stay pretty bloated, per se, the whole smooth look. But i read that i should drink 2 gallons of water a day and it would go away(due to the creatine) slowly have been adding more and more water. Anyone else take anything?

So Ive been looking at numbers, maybe im way off. its .078ohms/1000ft ohms/1ft ------------ 12v 14v------------ 12v Amps--- 14v Amps 1-/0 0.00078 ------------ 12v 14v------------ 15384.61538--- 17948.71795------------ 205.1282051 205A is at 75ft which is close to 250likemost charts say with the 1ft values are high as hell though. This looks more reasonable. 1/-0 ------------ Ohms ------------ ------------ Amps 350A ------------ 12-- 14 ------------ ------------ 12-- 14 50ft ------------ 0.034285714---- 0.04 ------------ 350-- 350 25ft ------------ 0.017142857---- 0.02 ------------ 700-- 700 12.5ft------------ 0.008571429---- 0.01 ------------ 1400-- 1400 6ft ------------ 0.004285714---- 0.005 ------------ 2800-- 2800 So i know .078/1000 !=.00078... but the numbers were closer i suppose at first....Soo i doubt the first numbers are right. The second attempt was taking 350A at 50ft ohms law = .0342...ohms. Divide that is like adding another 1/0 wire halving the resistance..i think, so you get the halved impedance then E/R=I Guess it would be easier to cut a ft of 1/0 and get the actual resistance. Just me being bored. edit-its a chart when i edit it when it post it goes together

sounds like a bad mosfet/transistor If one went bad it will be like a short causing it to suck alot of current. Usually what fails on most amps. they are the things connected to that fan housing in your last pic.
