dont run much lol i can bike a mile in 2mins though. fastest mile is around 9mins chinups-20+ dips-probably 40 bench-390 as of now squats 500 5 times legpress-1200+ like the other guy ran out of plates lol deadlift-405 5 times then my hands give out machine curls i can get 200 maybe 2x, need to try wt dumbells 5'9 at around 230lbs , but u'd never think it lol

the hydrobuilder from ON isn't bad just finished 5lbs The servings per scoop is kinda expensive though... already tryed jack3d think i will try jack3ed and yok3d together. as well as amino supplements

Only mod i have is a custom intake on a 5.4 triton. The issues i had where high and low idle, and it turned out to be a vacuum leak. I also replaced my IAC because it was gunked up. So there are no problems as of now, except the idle is low, so voltage is low.. His suggestion was to adjust the TPS sensor

With any mod you assume the risk, I merely found the info about the mod on another site and shared it here. If that was the case it would be as simple as "reverse Engineering" the product. Patents are not private on designs anyway, most times they only have a certain amount of years before they run out. after that they are usually fair game to other manufacturers. 7k2e 250a alt, 5 batts, multiple 1/0 runs. welllllllll, the story kinda goes like this... boom boom boom ..amp cuts off , reset it HU, boom boom boom , amp cuts off again sniff sniff sniff, somins burnin is it the subs? ppl are feeling the subs like hmm kinda warm not really hot though. chop is like the only one like hmm check the amp, its still flashing the low voltage led code I THINK couldn't make out the code because of panic almost lol, he's like yup shes smoking. Cut the car off.. chop goes to pull the amp out and big flash and poof, fire inside the amp now amp is pretty much roasting hotdogs like a grill as we try to disconnect it, sprayed it wt my extinguisher and the pics above are the final outcome. Mind you it wasn't even turned up full tilt, the clipping light was not flashing either. Matter of fact i had it louder on the way down there while i was driving. while driving i could keep it up above 13v easily now at Tru i only had it on and idling, but catching on fire is rediculous especially if specs say it was from 10-15v. another note it would cut off at 14.8v and higher, but on the stetsom section i never got an answer about that either. --Both 300A fuses were not popped either
