Beast mode in the gym! I have a week off of the gym while I have Arthur all week. Awesome, little man time!

Been trying to add some size, but it is hard for me to tell because I wear it every day.

Protein up cowboy!!! Had chicken and quinoa for breakfast and a protein shake now. Trying hard not to order food. I have been doing 70 grams of protein powder every day broken up into 2 shakes.

I guess that is good, a little soreness means I did what is necessary, time to feed them!
