One thing to remember is the larger the piece of lexan or plexi you are useing the thicker it needs to be. An example would be a 4'x4' piece you would want to use 3/4" to 1" thick. The reason is to minimize it from flexing.

I just got off of the phone with my vinyl cutter and his wife is moving out and he said that is no April fools joke either.

Could have something to do with the fact they they are flooded with emails and it's only a handful of people taking care of the whole company Or the fact that you don't email them to order, you go to their website and order. When you sent the emails what did you put in the subject line?

Agreed. I eat there frequently. The wife likes it. I hate the vinegar flavored heat. I like spicey food with flavor, not just hot flavoring and vinegar flavor. I always get one of the other sauces, and deal with the fact I'm there. Happy wife, happy life. There is a lot of truth to that.
