Lexan is used for safety guarding in industry, acrylic and plexi are used for everything else. Either will work for your need, make sure to use care in cutting.

Did you ever turn your key to the acc position while driving and then back on? We use to to that to make the truck back fire and scare the shit out of people.

Thanks. They've been bumping hard since '07. I'm starting to think about just reinforcing them with some 1/2" all thread. Who knows maybe it's time for a rebuild. Any suggestions? I would use mdf triangles to add extra support.
