    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Pretty much all new construction. The borough I live in opted out of code enforcement so we are governed by this code officer in another county.

Up here in this yankee driven code area it is a must. Just another way to make money.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

We use T5's at work in our buildings and I have been keeping on eye on the fixtures they don't need. Just in the waiting process for approval.

Always use what fits, feels, and fires properly for your purpose. Never force yourself to like something. Hell the most deadly round is a 22LR, it goes in and makes a mess with no exit wound.

Got one for test purposes and will get another for over the work bench, I am going 8' florescent more than likely. Ceiling height is 10'.

It makes many appearances in my box builds. I don't use it, but the wife does.

This garage is going to be a man cave and SSA work shop. Big TV and rocking stereo, hell I may never go in the house again.

I agree you can't have too much, so I will plan on 8 fixtures. I may be able to get some from work as they are always updating lights.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Thanks Seth, I will pick up one more led for my work bench and get the 8' fixtures for the general area. I have a 30x40 foot print to light up. 6 or 8 fixtures should be good?

Or this one that uses 4 T-8 bulbs for an 8' light. http://www.lowes.com/pd_163723-337-8TSNF-232-UNV-EB81-U_1z11owh__

So I should stick with 8ft bulbs? Are they noisy?

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Unrelated I have been looking at garage lightening. I picked up one of these to try and really like the light it puts off. I think 8 will light a 30x40 area nicely. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/4ft-led-shoplight-shoplight-led/prod16460030.ip?navAction=

So for every 73 empty 223 cases (1lb) I will get $1.85 credit toward more ammo at Freedom Munitions. Better than nothing I guess.

Yes the 357 is a kick ass round! I like to mix in 38's along with 357's in the wheel guns for my daughter. I am going to do that to Aaron when he comes up to shoot.

They are still made the same. I am going to get a Kimber micro for her to try next since she loves her Browning 1911-22 compact. The reason I want her to get a center fire gun is to take self defense classes along with my daughter.
