Its all bull shit anyways. My brother is into body building and lifts a shit ton of weight, but has no real strength. His punches are weak, he can't loosen a stubborn bolt, and when we wrestle, I simply whip his ass. He's got 40lbs on me and it's all muscle and still doesn't have the strength I have. Back in the day I was both wrestler and lifter, hell I had to suck weight to get to 189lb with 8% body fat (so the doctor said) Today I just work and run.

You guys make me feel lazy with all this working out talk. All I do is manual labor.
-
Yes. Way less stress. In the gym 2 times a day sometimes. Lots of hot tub sets! Hot tub sets ? Yes after many lifting sets, I go sit in the hot tub. I call this hot tub sets. Makes sense now. Congrats on the progress I'm not progressing as fast on weight but strength is definitely going up He's lying. He bench presses me sitting in a hot tub on weekends. We keep his wife in the kitchen in shit while it's happening. Naked?

I am, which explains why I didn't sound deaden the shit out of the HT room. Going to finish a few projects and make it $$. I'll have less than $1.5k into the HT room and it adds 400sq ft to the house. It'll put us up near 5000 and have a dedicated room for pretty much everyone. 5 bedrooms, workout room, billiards room, home theater/kids play room, storage room, two living rooms, sun room, dining room, big eat in kitchen. Stereo and automated lights run to it all. Partly going to suck to leave, but if it allows me to buy lake front I'm happy. Little investment for a larger return! Great idea!

I can't do either! Damn work thing!

Nothing you can do now, but let it work its way out. Next time you do this, do NOT wash up with hot water. It opens your pores and allows the fibers to embed themselves deeper in your skin. Or use hot wax, that will pull most shit out of your skin. Thanks for this; AWESOME info! Just remember you can not wait a couple days to do this. It must be done fairly quick, I keep hot wax at work for this, metal splinters suck! What sort of wax? Does the hair come too? I'm a fucking monkey. Yes the hair goes with it. Hot wax used to remove hair is what I was given.

Well I guess it is time to rename this build log. The truck has been sold and all final paper work will take place Monday. So I can start planning the build in the 4runner. I guess a larger alt will be the first thing I need to get. I am currently redesigning a sealed box for both 18's. Guess we will see how this all plays out.

As long as the roof is up to the snow load where you live should be fine. The roofs are loud when it rains if its near where any one sleeps. Fuck, I never even thought of snow. It will be a back corner furthest away from any bedrooms. I think the urethane will deaden it enough. For what you are doing would peel and seal for roofing work for that? If snow is a concern add some 2x4 innner supports. This is what I will be coating the entire outside with. I used it on the cooling towers at Sears and Kmart and it's held up superbly and thats being assaulted with highly acidic water. http://www.nonslipcoating.com/ Looks like good stuff. I may try that out on the lower part of the F150 in black if it does not sell this week.

It is great when kids help!

I agree, he is a good guy and provides awesome support 24/7! I just don't understand why I have to pay shipping! I was informed the first 5 Gcon customers will be getting free pocket pussies with their orders. I just hope they are new and sealed. I think all Aaron ever gets is a shaft. You know Aaron he likes to test everything. LOL!

I could not agree more! ill be mien in corpus cristi all next week but I have some things planned for the electrical when I get home. I was hoping you mean State College?

Just add inner supports like 2x4's and it should be fine.

You can not make a post like that with out details! Give it up, what did you get? A pair of 12" Gcons for myself and a 10" Gcon for my nephew. Sweet, I showed them to my nephew and his dad bought him friken powerbass 15's and I was like what are you thinking? Now I get to install them in is van. The powerbass stuff is actually pretty good. I don't disagree, but for the money there is better stuff. Like I told him it is not my money and I will make sure things are done correct.
