I have been looking at complete packages and http://www.samsungsv.com/Model/Detail/22/Samsung-SDE-3003N-4-Channel-DVR-Security-System This will do everything I need and give me an extra camera that will over see my backyard. Also at $399.00 it is a decent deal with will be a nice business write off too.

The xcons were on an audiopipe ap1500.1 in this video and it suprised the shit out of me at how loud and hard it hit. Funny less then the rms of one sub on two subs was impressive.

I think his best bet at this point is to either do a component set or just amp his current door speakers. Then once you decide long term what you want to do we can look for a better HU with processing capabilities if you choose to go active. Who knows maybe the IA set is what you are looking for and will want nothing more if you go that way. -
I tell him all the time girls are a waste of time and he should put his money in the bank rather than buy more stereo equipment. Guess that is my job as an uncle.

Going to fix up some install issues on these door I do not like. Going to replace the plastic mount with a new mdf mount and maybe something else.
