Yes do your research on them. Check out the smoking and cooking forums. I've been on their forums and Googling all day. Everyone seems to have a favorite for different reasons. According to the web, the Grill Dome has the thickest ceramic (1.5" versus 1" for the others), but is it even needed. That seems to be it's only advantage, if it is an advantage, and it's available in 5 colors if that matters to anyone. It is only thicker at the belly where the band goes around. Either way go with what you like.

Well it seemed I had a moment of weakness last night. The wife and I don't eat fast food often, but I got one of those KFC buckets and ate 10 chicken strips. Not sure what they put in that shit, maybe crack.

I need to start working on it as well. But time to grill. J Never stop grilling as that is great fuel for running and lifting. I usually grill on Sunday night for the week. Right now the main focus is finding work. J Wish you the best finding what you really want.
