I rocked out flat bench today. Most weight I've ever done. 1x10 @ 85lbs dumb bells, then 1x10, 1x8 & 1x7 @ 90lbs DB, gave myself a few seconds rest on the last set and got 5 more reps @85lbs again. Probably weak sauce to you guys, but at 180lbs myself that's more than my body weight and I've only been lifting since Feb.And to put that into perspective...I have my book from my senior year weights class in high school, which I was in the entire school year. My max DB bench was 1x10 @ 65lbs + 1x10 @ 70lbs. So in 4 months lifting at 32years old I'm significantly stronger than I was at 17/18 years old after close to a year of lifting. Keep it going Brad! That does make you feel good knowing that. I was wanting to push my flat bench up, but could not pass where I was last week. Shit happens. Now I am super sore and going to get some rest to hit the arms hard in the morning. Then off to work on the house again.

Flat bench was just that today, but incline and decline kicked Ass. I will take it for today.

Just one of those days when you just can't get the muscles to work with you!

Finally figured out this ass sucking sync system. It was a bad idea to use a pac loc because the sync will roll most all low freq off and never make to the speaker. I have been talking to a couple people who have figured this out and they are pushing us toward this http://www.audiocontrol.com/17612/748663/OEM-Integration/LC7i----Six-Channel-Line-Output-Converter-with-AccuBASS.html They system sounds good, but I can tell it is missing something and not reaching it's full potential.

I love calling directv. One of those love hate deals, but they always make things right with me. I will ask to make sure our conversation is recorded and provide me with the case number so when I call back they can refer to it.
