    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

What model? L7224U COM wiring? Explain how you installed.. The only thing that gets wired to the ECOM on this boiler is the thermostat. I installed it as per their diagram for single zone connections. From everything I have been reading, it is not uncommon for these units to be bad off the shelf. Chances are I got the bad one as that is my luck.

Comcast is our cable company. I get 30Mbps down and 8Mbps up and home phone for 62.00 a month, just internet would have been $10 more. So for the savings I have a home phone. I know it makes no sense. I will not give up my directv, even though I fight with them a lot over pricing. Good experience with DirectTV then? From a home automation perspective it is WAY better for me. I have been with them for 14 years and love the signal and 3D channels, but I will fight with them every time they change my price and they always have taken care of me.

I just got done installing a new Honeywell universal aquastat to get a fucking error code 2! ECOM fault! Fucking thing is going back. The only thing that connects to the ECOM is the thermostat and that is brand new.

My DSL was 2.6 and cable is 30. So for me it was a no brainier. What is the DSL speed in your area.

I bought a spin bike before Christmas from sears and have almost 100 miles on it already. Kind of fun peddling in front of a tv, makes having a dvr worth while.

I agree, that is why I still run 1080 and have not bought in the 4k yet.

My next one will be mounted to the wall because I don't want to buy a larger center channel.

Kind of like up scaling 720 to 1080, it can be done, but nothing replaces a true signal.

A friend bought a Sharp Q+. We set that thing up and I loved it. I am a Sony 4k guy, but after that Sharp install I may switch at a later point.
