I'm putting my first system in the backseat of my 2004 Ford F150. What I would like to do is put 2 BL12's back there and run them off of either a Kicker ZX2500.1 or 2 ZX1000.1's, but I have several questions. I want to wire them to 2ohms to get the full potential out of my amps, so will I need to get the subs with dual 1 or dual 2 ohm voice coils? As far as a box goes, I plan on getting a custom slot ported box made. I ran my measurements through a program and it came back with these specs: Net Airspace- 2.5 cu. ft. per sub Port Volume- 1.586 cu. ft. Port Area- 80.39 sq. in. Tuning- 32 Hz Will these specs satisfy these subs? Also as far electrical goes, I plan on doing the big three and a HO alternator when I can afford it...what else should I do? I've got stock electrical right now and my alternator is either 110 amps or 130 amps. I know I've got alot of questions, but I truely appreciate any help that I can get.
