I was looking for a volt meter to keep track of the voltage when I get the system installed.

Hey guys was wondering if anyone can give me a box design sealed for 1 10 ssd fully loaded trying to do some experiments in the trunk to see what works best. I don't want it to be bigger than 12x12x12

Thank you 95Honda that is how I feel. That is why I was asking I already have a ported box at 1.2 cuft at 33hz like I said just trying to experiment with a sealed to see how it sounds so then I can mount my amps differently if I like it

So since I don't have the high qts on the sub and it has the standard qts would I still build the sub at their recommended cuft of .4 or should I go bigger

No doubt I'm actually taking pics of everything from things coming in to every setup I'm trying. Only problem is this damn weather sucks

I understand that doing the 45's are meant for ported boxes I was just wondering if anyone did any type of bracing if not it's okay

Do I need to brace the corners and double baffle the box for 1200 watts

what is the average wait time to receive the subwoofer when you place a order. I ordered my sub Nov. 3rd and it still says " awaiting fulfillment "

I know what you mean if the glue was a little bit here and there I would of let it go but it goes all the way around like it and it is hard to tell but the bottom plastic piece where it says made in the USA is scuffed up you can tell they dragged it on a work bench

Nope the box is in perfect condition and I did email them with the pics but no one has answered me back.

I have no doubt that it will sound good I just feel like it such a beauty and you look around and bam all the flaws. I tried it real quick in a buddies box at work. I think his is prefab not really sure but the point is I wired it to 4 ohms since his amp is only 2 ohm stable at 300 watts rms and it sounded good. There was this weird plastic rubbery smell don't know what the hell it was. But anyways I tried it for like 5 minutes and its funny cause he has his running at 2 ohms at 500 rms and we agreed that the FI sounded a bit louder with less power.

Well I have to say I am disappointed with my sub. I will like I bought a used or half ass rushed sub. Upon looking more at it this morning I found that black piece that goes around the motor is all nicked everywhere. I'm trying not to let it bother me but after seen some other pics of how nice people received there sub it's quite disappointing.

Well fedex never sent me anything but I ended contacting FI and Nick was able to provide the tracking number and so my sub finally arrived today. My first impression is " this sub is heavy and feels really solid" but as I was looking around I found a few flaws. Now I'm not trying to be super picky but for one I thought the FI logo on the dust cap was painted or engraved into it but it is a sticker. The bottom of the sub where it has the made in usa logo was scratched. Also I'm not sure if it suppose to be like that but there is excessive glue all around where the terminals and that yellow part that terminals attach to. Like I said not sure if it suppose to be like that all around the yellow piece but it doesn't look to nice. Other than that it's a really nice looking sub real beastly and solid I am happy overall and I know the things I mentioned won't matter since it's going inside the box but if someone was to display it wouldn't look good.

Does FI providea tracking number when they ship the sub's out. I ask because they shipped my sub out like 3-4 days ago but I never got a tracking number just an email saying they shipped

I've been looking into buying a new sub amp for my car. I am in a slow building process as of now I have done the big 3 with 1/0 ofc from xs power and I ordered more wiring to run to the trunk. I am almost done building my amp rack and now I'm trying to decide on what amp to get. I have it done to 3 that I had in mind that run the same power and are supposedly reliable. The 3 that I had in mind are the IA 10.1 or the Sundown SAZ 1200 or the DC 1.2K. The sub I will be ordering is a FI SSD fully loaded. I listen mostly to rap and salsa as far as my music preference goes. I am open to other suggestions as well but I want to hear what people have to say about them as far power output and reliability. I will be upgrading my battery up front to a XS power d4800 and a xs power xp750 in the rear.

I totally understand I'm just like a kid on Christmas waiting for my present lol
