The fuse is a precaution in case the wire shorts, so you don't fry your entire electrical system. -

You need, power wire, remote wire, speaker wire, and RCA's. -
If internal volume is the same, theoretically the enclosure with more port will be more loud, because the port is more linear.

Ferrite gets really brittle with cold, master air cooling and your in good shape.

thanks that helped alot but does anyone else know if fi send you the glue to mount all of the stuff back together and if they dont where can i order it or what will work to glue it together? thanks I believe UPS didn't like Fi sending glue with them, a 5-minute epoxy form a hobby shop will work well.
