Making them fully loaded can only be done when they are first made, if they are stock they will remain stock forever. Take a picture and we can tell you which ones they are.

Sketchup is a great, user friendly program. Autodesk is actually working on a simplifier AudoCAD to compete with it, because honestly, Google blew them out of the water with Sketchup

The lower frequencies go, the more cone area will help you. You want the most cone area possible when it comes to sub-bass and mid-bass, most 6.5" midwoofer's playing just mid-bass will struggle because they aren't designed for it. If you want a capable midwoofer with close to the displacement capabilities, look into AA Carbon's.

MDF is practically glued together sawdust that happens to be porous, wood glue actually soaks into it and creates a stronger bond. If you were to break a joint held together with wood glue, it will break, yes, but won't break where the wood glue soaked into the wood. By all means though use what you prefer, NOTHING wrong with overkill, I juts wanted to clarify
