I use batting gloves and cut finger holes if need be I work at SEARS, so I think I'm just gonna get some Craftsman work gloves. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00940206000P

Nope, what would be cutting corners with the enclosure. Build your own or have someone build one made for your woofers, check out Pound That Sound and Fisher Customs, both make phenomenal enclosures. Or you can take it on, there are tons of guys that will gladly help you out.
-
Whatever box fits. 12's will need more airspace, so you might have to get a 15".
-
Yes, if you cut corners with the enclosure you will be VERY disappointed in your subs.
-
Okay, that's better! You are looking for output, so the BL's will do you nicely, get D1 ohm coils and wire each sub to .5 ohms for a 1 ohm total load to get 2000 watts from your amp.

PAINTBALL GLOVES!!!!! Anyone know some good ones? HEHE
-
Dude, you don't need to compensate for anything. Your music is just that, YOUR music! Don't force other people to listen to your music.

To get it be the same you need to reverse polarity, it can actually benefit a speaker, the motor is outside an enclosed area and will be cooled down faster versus in the box. And there is no driver displacement.

Why are we helping this guy become an obnoxious moron?

Sundown SAZ 3000D would be a better choice...

I'm looking for some good paintball gloves, I'm fudgeing tired of getting hit in the damn fingers. Any ideas?
-
Well struggle then! LOL

Ever thought of 2 18" Q's sealed? and an amp upgrade?
-
3 15's have more cone area, but your question is very install dependent.

That's an ignorant statement

Good choice. Most of the quality installs I have seen lately have come from DIYer's. It seems most shops have inexperienced installers or installers that have just gotten burnt out or lazy. It is all about the money and not about the customer these days. The car audio industry needs some form of regulation. You pretty much need a license or degree to do anything else in this country but apparently it is no big deal to stick an inexperienced teenager under the dash of a new car and let them go to town... A little stereotypical don't you think True though Well big city shops must suck arse then. In my town of 55,000 people we have five shops, one if which I work at, and none of them would do chitty work like that. You are 100% correct. Location makes a huge difference. Now there are quality shops in every city but the larger companies especially in the larger cities have made chit like this their trademark. I grew up in North Dakota and this would never fly up there. The sad thing is there is nothing protecting the customer and I have seen a lot of this. You would think that the shops turning out work like this would be the ones closing up shop but it looks more like it is the small quality shops that are the ones suffering. Sadly, that's what is happening...

Wow, a shop really did that? And they are still in business? That's what you get when you have (uneducated) DIYers install stuff...

The SAE 1200 does ~ 1500 wrms. it is VERY underrated.

Views on the 08 Pioneer head unit
Duran replied to cjosisek90's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
That's the unit I'm putting in my car soon. There's not much out there that doesn't qualify as an upgrade from a Jensen. Uhhh, yeah... I get that a lot. Let me know how you like it. -
Fi BL, maybe an SSA ICON
