That was no where near enough fiberglass to reinforce anything. I agree with the other guys, weld it and reinforce.

No. You are taking about a coil with a DC resistance of 1.4, that is a D2 impedance coil.

They are normally very accurate in their build time estimates, be patient, I'm sure it's very close to bring done.

Lol at these woofers sounding bad. The enclosure has much more to do with it sounding good or bad than the driver.

Just a few months ago USPS broke a pair of Sundown Nightshades in transit; I put the necessary insurance on them and the buyer got back more than enough monry to fix them and got to keep the woofers. It took a few weeks but it worked out well.

You can buy a new basket when you recones. They weren't called limited edition, just a 4" coil BL series.
